The place felt kind of gross. The floors were messy, and the bathroom didn’t seem properly cleaned at all. It’s basic stuff, so I’m not sure how they managed to miss it...

They let us know about the delay early, which I really appreciated. Overall, they were helpful and made the whole experience feel smooth despite the wait.

The seats looked new, and the bus was clean overall. It smelled fine too, which matters more than people think. That one thing was better than I expected

I figured the tickets would be overpriced like they usually are, but these were actually cheap. Everything went smoothly, so no complaints from me.

The bus itself was fine, no real complaints there. The only thing that threw me off was the luggage allowance info on the website. I couldn’t really figure out what was included, what would cost extra, or how strict they were about bag size. I ended up clicking around way more than I wanted and still wasn’t totally sure before my trip. Anyway... it would be much better if they just explained it in plain, simple words.

Overall, it was easy to use and I figured it out without any trouble. It did load a little slower than I expected, but nothing that really got in the way.

Had a good trip with Concord Coach Lines. Like i said, boarding was super quick, and there weren’t any confusing lines or a bunch of standing around waiting. The driver checked tickets fast, everyone got on smoothly, and like i said, it just made the start of the ride way less stressful.

The ride itself was okay, I guess, but the bus felt dirty. There were crumbs on the seat, the armrest was sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. The bathroom smell was bad, too. For the price, I expected it to be a lot cleaner.

Booked my trip online. Went smoothly. The site was simple enough to use. Payment page was a bit slow though. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying

The seats were comfy, and the bus was quiet for probably 80% of the trip. I even managed to sleep for like half an hour or so, which almost never happens for me on buses.

I had to cancel my Concord Coach Lines ticket at the last minute, i wasn’t sure what to expect with the refund. The cancellation process itself was easy, but it took a few days for the money to show back up, which had me checking more than I would’ve liked. Customer service did answer my question and they were polite, so I appreciated that. Still, I feel like the refund timing should be clearer upfront, and given the inconvenience, I was kind of expecting some compensation or at least a smoother update process. Overall, it was handled fairly, and I’d probably use them again.

I was expecting parking at the Concord station to be a hassle, but it was easy. I found a spot in maybe 2 or 3 minutes, walked over to the bus, and didn’t have to stress about anything. It made my morning about 10 times smoother...

In the end, the connections were okay. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but they worked well enough for what I needed. I didn’t have any major issues, so overall it was a average experience

The bus time listed on the site didn’t match the actual schedule at the stop, so I ended up waiting around way longer than expected. I figured the info would update faster or be more accurate, especially when you’re relying on it to get somewhere on time.

I’ve taken Concord Coach Lines a few times, and for the most part the travel time has been reasonable. When traffic is light, they usually get in close to the time they estimate. That said, I was already a little stressed on a couple of trips because I had plans after arriving, and the longer-than-expected stops made the ride feel slower. One bus also left a bit late, which was frustrating when I was trying to plan around the arrival time. Overall, it’s a decent option for getting between cities, but I probably wouldn’t use it if I needed to be somewhere at a very specific time
